General information
Monthly payment shall be required in advance.
Lunch or dinner are available in our internal restaurant.
Meals are made up of: One Entree – One Main Course – Side Dish - Water - Coffee
The meals rate, for those on a long stay, is € 12,00 per meal.
Possibility to take advantage of our internal parking free of charge.
STUDIOS CONDITIONS:
Type A = 29/30 Sq.M.
Type B = 34/38 Sq.M.
The payment shall be required in advance at the beginning of every week or month. The rate includes: overnight stay, use of heating or cooling, electricity, water, bathroom and bedroom weekly change of linens, weekly cleaning of the studio apartment performed by our staff. Guests who wish to have daily cleaning may request it, upon payment of a supplement of € 60,00 per week. In case of only weekly cleaning, the payment in advance of € 70,00 shall be mandatory for final cleaning. Breakfast is available at our restaurant upon a supplement of € 5,00 per day. Every studio is equipped with cooking area and tableware.
